We take pride in offering trustworthy dental care to all ages; from happy visits for toddlers to routine check-ups and cleanings for the rest of the family, we encourage all our patient families to make their oral health a priority.

Toddlers

One of the most common questions parents ask Dr. Wilson is “When should I bring my kids in for a check-up?” His answer is, “Any time you have a question or worry about your child's gums or teeth you can bring them in. And it's a good idea to bring them along to your dental visits as well, so they can become accustomed to the dental environment and watch you get dental care done. They begin to feel more comfortable in the clinic setting.”

We can start our tiny patients off with a no-charge happy visit. This appointment is a chance for 1- and 2-year-old kids to sit in the dental chair, meet the Dentist and our staff, have their teeth counted, explore the dental office a little bit, and just get comfortable with someone other than their parents looking in their mouth. We love happy visits!

Kids

Being parents ourselves, all of our staff members at Gasoline Alley Dental enjoy the vitality and energy our young patients bring in with them!  We encourage routine check-ups and cleanings for kids of all ages where we demonstrate how to brush, floss, rinse, and take care of primary (baby) teeth in order to have a healthy mouth that is ready for adult teeth to come in.

Tweens and Teens

Middle-aged school children holding books and bindersContinuing with routine oral check-ups and cleanings through the soon-to-be-teen and teenage years is vital as the primary teeth disappear and the adult teeth arrive.  This transition can sometimes result in crowding and wisdom tooth issues, so Dr. Wilson and staff are pleased to offer orthodontic and wisdom tooth evaluations.  If you want to know more about orthodontics or wisdom tooth extractions, just ask any of our friendly staff members at your next appointment!

We have sedation options available for our teenage and older patients wishing to utilize them as well.  If you have questions about our options, please feel free to give us a call, 403-343-8622, or come in for a visit- we would love to discuss them with you in person.
